Welcome!
Hello and Welcome.
ABOUT ME
I am a qualified and a Registered Integrative Counsellor with a First Class, Honours Degree in Psychology. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), therefore I abide by the BACP’s Ethical Framework for the Counselling Profession. Additionally, I am Trauma-Informed Practitioner and professionally trained and certified to provide therapy both online and via telephone.

I am an integrative counsellor and trauma-informed practitioner with extensive experience supporting adults and young people through life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, trauma, OCD, low self-worth, faith-based issues and navigating major life transitions. My approach is warm, personalised, and rooted in genuine care for the whole person. I believe healing looks different for everyone, so I tailor each session to meet you exactly where you are. For those who seek it, I also offer counselling that honours your faith, spirituality, and values—providing a safe space to explore your inner world in a way that feels authentic and aligned. Sessions are currently available online or by phone, making support accessible from wherever you are.
A key part of my work includes a psychoeducational element, which many clients find incredibly helpful. Understanding the 'why' behind our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours can be empowering—and often forms a vital part of the healing process.
It’s a deeply rewarding privilege to walk alongside my clients on their journey of self-discovery and healing. To witness their growth, resilience, and reconnection with their true selves is both humbling and inspiring
I bring extensive experience supporting individuals with complex and multiple needs, including those navigating the often overwhelming realities of being asylum seekers or refugees. Over the years, alongside my private practice work, I have collaborated with a variety of charities, organisations, and agencies—both here in the UK and overseas—including Barnardo’s, Fegans, Spurgeons, MindWorks UK, Inspirited Minds, HOPE Group Support, HSTAR Scotland, Hestia, Gaia, and HHUGS — to offer counselling and holistic support through a multi-agency approach. This work has been deeply rewarding, and I’ve had the privilege of witnessing many powerful, positive transformations in the lives of those I’ve supported.
In addition to working with adults, I’m a qualified child counsellor with a strong passion for supporting children in school settings. I work closely with children, their families, and school staff to ensure a joined-up, holistic approach that puts the child’s well-being at the centre. By building strong, collaborative relationships with teachers and other key adults in a child’s life, I aim to create a supportive network that helps each child feel understood, safe, and empowered. This aspect of my work has been the most meaningful and fulfilling, as I’m deeply committed to helping children grow, heal, and thrive.
